Passionate traveller and a globetrotter. After completing MBA in Tourism Management joined the Travel trade to convert his dreams into reality. Now, with over 16 Years of experience in Tourism, has been a pacesetter and in short time became one of the pioneers in the tourism industry while catering to travelers from all across the globe. He is the source of inspiration, guidance and a never ending passion to improve, innovate and excel at all that we do. As the Managing Director of the company, he is the pillar of the organization. He has not only widely traveled in India but the entire subcontinent, he has an enroute knowledge of even the remotest of destinations, the minutest details of various service components, the biggest and the smallest of tour management. He is truly the driving force of the team in setting and raising the cut-of bar a little higher each time.
Anurag Rathore - General Manager (Sales & Contracting)
Anurag RathoreA holder of MBA- Tourism management degree, and with over a 15 years of experience in the Tourism industry, he is well traversed and informed about India as a destination. Hhailing from Gwalior - a land famous for its historical importance like forts, rich culture, palace and nature, he supplements this with a deep knowledge of the Indian culture, its tribes and rural India - a vital asset when it comes to offering unique products to our customers. His contributions, by way of representations at the various international travel fairs, contracting of hotel rates, developing new products, sales and marketing at the international level add that much needed additional dimension to our dynamic team. An ardent traveller smart at managing tours, he, however, specializes as the contracting, marketing and sales expert and this is aply represented by his position as the General Manager - Sales and Contracting.
Boby Mathew, General Manager (Operations)
Boby MathewWorking as a capacity of General Manager- Operation, originally from the beaches of Kerala, he has a certain air of warmth and hospitality around him - a quality that he brings with him at work. Hailing from a one of most attracted tourist destination in India, the charming land of Kerala, he has had a natural exposure to travelers to India and this gives him the inherent ability to predict and sense the needs of the travelers and to ensure that they are serviced accordingly. He is the one who supports and assists the team by way of his skills in tour operations. He has been around in trade for last 20 years. Experience in tourism sector has equipped him with the strong foundation required for the tourism industry with various assignments and exposures has made him expert at managing the Erco Travels operation Team. He works as an ideal support to the team by taking on any and all responsibilities when it comes to making the land arrangements - be that hotel, transport or other specific requirements to be catered to. This gives the expertise in ensuring that the tour arrangements are done as envisioned and that the clients are serviced in accordance with their expectations.
Jaswant Bisht, Manager (Operation)
A tourism graduate with more than 18 years of experience in the tourism industry and is at the helm of a affairs as our Manager-operations. He brings with him not only a wealth of experience but also the sensitivious required in catering to the smallest need of our clients and people who travelled to us. His attention to details while taking into consideration the major goals of entire operation division allows us to ensure that the ground arrangements and all related facets are well managed, coordinated and focus towards the ultimate goal to customer satisfaction.

Tarun MathurMr Tarun Mathur is the man who makes the tours possible by way of his skills in costing and itinerary planning. His ability to price the tours keeping in line with not only the market trends but also the financial requirements of the ends customers enables us to deliver to the customers value for money. His attention to the various tour components with respect to their ability to render the desired experience is an invaluable asset when it comes to meeting and exceeding customer wants. A dynamic person, focuses on the minutest of details. He specializes in planning customized itineraries and operating them besides being involved with running tours for travelers with varied nationalities and cultural backgrounds. His sensitiveness to the needs of our valued clients and travelers enables us to not only meet the expectations but also to exceed them.
Ashok Gusain, Manager (Accounts)
Finance is always considered to be the core of any good business and Erco Travels has never been away from this. The Finance team comprises a team of three finance and accounts specialists, and is headed by the experienced Mr Ashok Gusain. He is the whiz in travel agency accounting and finance and has had a vast experience to various accounting and finance practices. Under his supervision and guidance the finance team takes care of all the finance and accounting requirements and supports all aspects of operations in a manner that enables all to focus on the most important aspect - the customer experience.
Shikha J. Bansal
Shikha J. Bansal - Head (Domestic & International ticketing)
Working as a head of ticketing department - a well trained staff and looks after all FIT and group ticketing needs of inbound / outbound tours. She is leading a team of ticketing efficiently with her experience and knowledge of airfares, routings etc.
B.S. Rana - Transport Incharge
Heads the transport department of ERCO and make sure that all drivers are well trained to handle our clients, keeps vehicles clean and well equipped.
The Global PresenceErco being incorporated in 1999 as Incoming Tour Operator with the support of Erco Reizen, B.V. Netherlands. In the year 2006 it started a marketing office in LYON, France to strengthen its presence in France, Spain and Switzerland.
